The smart triage project jointly developed by AGIBOT and Ant Afu has been deployed at Peking University People’s Hospital, with Lingxi X2 serving as a “silicon-based receptionist” in outpatient services. The robot can provide patients and visitors with department guidance, consultation process information, answers to medical insurance policy questions and on-site navigation. By connecting to the hospital’s private knowledge base, Lingxi X2 can also deliver standardized medical guidance based on in-hospital information. Over 66 working days, it completed more than 46,000 interactions, averaging about 707 per day.

AGIBOT, a Chinese humanoid robotics company, said it has formed initial partnerships with more than 20 Chinese universities under its “Yuansheng Ecosystem Development Plan,” including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Southeast University and Sun Yat-sen University. The partners will jointly build a platform to integrate industry and education in embodied AI, combining curriculum development, joint research and practical training, to better align cutting-edge industrial technology with university talent development. AGIBOT will deploy more than 1,000 embodied AI devices across its full product lineup, including wheeled, half-size and full-size humanoid robots from its Jingling, Lingxi and Yuanzheng series, as well as Kutuo quadruped robots. It will also provide...

China’s AGIBOT showcased humanoid robots performing real industrial tasks at the 26th China International Industry Fair on Monday, saying its AGIBOT G2 machines are moving from single-task trials to stable, scaled deployment. The Shanghai-based company organized its exhibit around “industrial deployment,” demonstrating autonomous work in precision manufacturing, flexible assembly, semiconductor packaging and testing, and warehouse logistics. It said the display covered the full chain from data and robot bodies to production-line deployment. In optical module insertion, AGIBOT said the G2 used high-precision force-controlled arms, joint torque sensors and an in-house real-machine reinforcement learning framework to handle sub-millimeter tasks and protect gold-plated contacts. Using its Genie Studio Agent platform, a full task deployment can be set up in two to three...

ZHUHAI, Sept 24 – China’s AGIBOT ranked first globally in humanoid robot shipments and revenue in the first half of 2026, as the global market extended explosive growth, according to a new report from IDC. Global humanoid robot shipments approached 25,000 units in H1 2026, up 432.1% year on year, IDC said, as the industry accelerates from technology validation to commercial application. China’s shipments exceeded 19,000 units, accounting for about 77.9% of the global total. AGIBOT shipped more than 8,600 units, giving it a runaway lead globally. The company is deploying flagship projects in factories, cultural tourism and retail, backed by its fully self-developed, full-stack “Three Intelligences in One” technology framework and large-scale mass production and delivery capabilities, IDC said. IDC’s...

The global humanoid robot market extended its explosive growth in the first half of 2026, with shipments approaching 25,000 units, up 432.1% year on year, according to a new report from International Data Corp (IDC), as the industry accelerates from technology validation to commercial deployment. China’s humanoid robot market maintained rapid growth, with shipments exceeding 19,000 units, accounting for about 77.9% of the global total. Notably, China’s AGIBOT, a leading player in the global embodied AI sector, shipped more than 8,600 units, taking a runaway lead in global rankings. Leveraging its fully self-developed, full-stack “Three Intelligences in One” technology framework and large-scale mass production and delivery capabilities, AGIBOT is continuing to deploy flagship projects in factories, cultural tourism and retail,...

The world’s first large-scale embodied AI theme park officially opened at Chimelong Spaceship Park in Hengqin, Zhuhai, with more than 300 robots regularly “on duty” at over 100 interactive experience points. The park was jointly developed by AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., or AGIBOT, and Chimelong Group. On the same day, AGIBOT’s 20,000th embodied AI robot, the A3 Ultra, was officially delivered to Chimelong Group as the park’s “new employee.”

AGIBOT released a video showcasing real-world commercial deployments of its Expedition A3 Ultra humanoid robot across 4S dealerships, hotels and convenience stores, highlighting multi-robot and human-robot collaboration and autonomous operations as the full-size humanoid moves from technical validation toward scaled commercial use. At 4S dealerships, multiple A3 Ultra units work in coordination to handle greeting, beverage delivery, vehicle walkthroughs and delivery ceremonies, as well as flower presentation, photo sessions, confetti launches, daily report generation and livestream sales, providing intelligent services spanning store visits, purchasing, delivery and marketing operations. At hotels, the robots coordinate on bed-making, room tidying, towel folding, check-in, elevator guidance and nighttime patrols. At retail convenience stores, they perform shelf stocking, patrols, replenishment, bulky-item handling and customer service,...

What happens if robot model training data is expanded from 300 hours to 30,000 hours? Can robotic systems, similar to large language models, continuously gain new capabilities as datasets grow? AGIBOT’s newly released native World Action Model (WAM), GE-Act 2.0, systematically answers that question for the first time. Unlike mainstream approaches that build upon existing video generation models, every parameter of GE-Act 2.0 — including core modules for visual representation, future prediction and action forecasting — is initialized from scratch and trained end-to-end on embodied manipulation data. After pre-training, the model undergoes zero-shot real robot tests on unfamiliar scenes and unseen objects without fine-tuning or demonstration for benchmark tasks. The evaluation covers 100 atomic tasks, 20 skill categories and two...

The awakening of robotic intelligence may already be underway. AgiBot has released GE-Act 2.0, its upgraded world action model, featuring a 100-fold expansion of training data that enables robots to independently master new capabilities. The new iteration drastically scales the volume of training corpus, empowering robotic agents to discover and pick up new skills without manually coded instructions, marking a notable leap for embodied intelligence.

AGIBOT released its AGILE2.0 integrated perception‑control model and showcased its core achievement through a creative short film, Acrobat BOT – the Lingxi X2 robot performing high‑difficulty maneuvers including jumping through a flaming hoop. This marks a significant breakthrough in the integration of visual perception and motion control for humanoid robots.
