Huawei's Hubble fund, Zhiyuan Robot affiliate take stakes in Yitai Embodied Technology

Yitai Embodied Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has added Shenzhen Hubble Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), an investment vehicle under Huawei, and Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Zhiyuan Robot, as shareholders, according to a business registration change.

The company’s registered capital increased from 1 million yuan to about 1.27 million yuan.

Founded in December 2025, Yitai Embodied Technology is legally represented by Yang Yeqing. Its business scope includes artificial intelligence basic software development, AI application software development and AI industry application system integration services. The company is now jointly held by Yang Yeqing, Beijing Yilitai Enterprise Management Services Partnership (Limited Partnership) and the newly added shareholders.

    Neolix, an autonomous driving technology company, said it has completed an E round of nearly $400 million. GENISOM AI said its “GENISOM Gangbeng L2” robot, equipped with a robotic arm, competed in the autonomous operation category. The company said the result followed its “GENISOM Tongchui M1” platform’s six awards in the autonomous navigation category at the spring event, and showed its position in autonomous operation in complex, unstructured environments.
