SENAD raises nearly 200 mln yuan in fourth funding round in six months

SENAD, a Chinese robotics company focused on logistics loading and unloading, has raised nearly 200 million yuan in a new funding round from Wuliangye Fund, China-US Venture Capital, Xingzheng Investment and Zhechuang Technology, marking its fourth financing round in six months. The influx of capital reflects growing investor conviction in “scenario-driven” AI applications in industrial logistics, as the embodied robotics sector shifts from proof of concept toward large-scale deployment and loading and unloading emerges as a key battleground for both manufacturers and investors given its clearly defined pain points and commercial path, the company said.
