D-Robotics said on Thursday it has raised $400 million in a Series C round led by Mirae Asset, with participation from Meituan’s strategic investment arm, government-backed funds including Hefei State Investment, Nanshan Strategic Emerging Investment and Jingquan Capital, and a roster of existing investors including Hillhouse Venture Capital, 5Y Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, Temasek’s Vertex Growth, Prosperity7, Hexiang Capital, Yunfeng Fund, Meituan Dragonball and others.
The proceeds will fund expansion of its Xuri chip lineup across the full computing range and build a full-stack software platform spanning data collection, model training, simulation validation and inference deployment, as the company seeks to serve embodied-AI development needs from established robot categories to general-purpose humanoids.
