At 4S dealerships, multiple A3 Ultra units work in coordination to handle greeting, beverage delivery, vehicle walkthroughs and delivery ceremonies, as well as flower presentation, photo sessions, confetti launches, daily report generation and livestream sales, providing intelligent services spanning store visits, purchasing, delivery and marketing operations.

At hotels, the robots coordinate on bed-making, room tidying, towel folding, check-in, elevator guidance and nighttime patrols. At retail convenience stores, they perform shelf stocking, patrols, replenishment, bulky-item handling and customer service, improving store operating efficiency and service response.

The A3 Ultra is equipped with a 360-degree full-domain perception system, a fused UWB and RTK positioning system, and a 700 TOPS computing platform, enabling it to autonomously perceive its environment, understand tasks, plan routes and complete operations. The product supports autonomous charging and rapid battery swapping for uninterrupted 24/7 autonomous duty.

In terms of mechanical structure and operational capability, the A3 Ultra features a hybrid magnesium alloy and carbon-fiber nylon body and a 20-degree-of-freedom omnidirectional tactile dexterous hand capable of delivery, handling, tidying and replenishment, while adapting to complex motions such as bending, squatting, walking backward, pushing carts and opening trunks, further expanding the boundaries of humanoid robot applications in real commercial environments.

On safety and interaction, the A3 Ultra is compatible with AGIBOT’s full-stack technology platform and supports multimodal interaction spanning voice, vision, touch and posture, enabling real-time responses to environmental changes and task requirements. The product has completed thousand-unit-level automotive-grade mass production validation and supports easy deployment and modular maintenance, meeting the needs of chain stores, hotel groups and multi-site commercial customers for standardized deployment, continuous operation and scaled management.
