PsiBot Secures New Over‑$100‑Million Financing Backed by Industrial Leaders and State Capital

PsiBot has officially closed a new round of financing worth more than $100 million, according to an August 27 update.

PsiBot Secures New Over‑$100‑Million Financing Backed by Industrial Leaders and State Capital

The round brings together industrial leaders and institutional investors including Tuopu Group, Ruicheng Fund under Chery Holdings, Lens Technology, Sanqi Interactive Entertainment, Wuhu Investment Holding Group and Fosun Chuangfu. Existing shareholder Zhuhai Science and Technology Industry Group made a further over‑subscribed follow‑on investment.

Following previous backing from state‑affiliated investors, this financing round draws capital from multiple leading real‑economy enterprises. It marks dual authoritative recognition of PsiBot’s technical roadmap and commercial value from both state‑owned capital and industrial players. The firm has built a multi‑dimensional development framework featuring national policy guidance, real‑world industrial deployment and long‑term capital support.

As China’s first national‑level pilot zone for robot‑industry clustering, Wuhu offers complete industrial‑chain advantages, enabling PsiBot to connect with over 300 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises. Benefiting from Wuhu’s strategic position as a comprehensive transportation and logistics hub in the Yangtze River Delta, PsiBot’s products can efficiently serve domestic and global markets, with the city providing solid support for large‑scale product roll‑out.

All investors in this round are top‑tier industrial entities and professional investment institutions in their respective sectors. They will bring industrial‑scenario resources spanning automobile manufacturing, precision processing and modern logistics to accelerate the commercial translation of technical achievements.

Raised funds will be allocated to two core priorities. First, advancing cutting‑edge embodied‑AI technologies by adhering to human‑driven data pipelines and iterating its world‑model R&D. Second, speeding up commercial deployment within logistics and advanced‑manufacturing scenarios to convert technical progress into industrial value.

PsiBot focuses on core embodied‑brain technologies and has independently developed a hybrid dual‑system architecture combining the Psi‑R2 manipulation‑policy model and Psi‑W0 action‑conditioned world model. Taking vision, language and robot proprioceptive status as inputs, Psi‑R2 breaks down long‑horizon tasks and generates continuous motion plans to drive end‑to‑end complex dexterous robot operations. Psi‑W0 models physical‑world rules to predict, evaluate and refine motion trajectories. Joint operation of the two models greatly improves task generalization and operational robustness in unstructured environments.

Post‑financing, the company will prioritize world‑model R&D. To fuel model iteration, PsiBot will scale up human‑data collection, optimize data pipelines and speed up the construction of data‑collection facilities across locations to consolidate high‑quality data supply. Leveraging its model capabilities, the firm will further commercialize solutions for logistics and advanced‑manufacturing use‑cases and translate technological strengths into tangible industrial value.
