At its core lies the firm’s self-developed AT-S240 joint motor module, boasting a peak torque of 240 newton-metres to sustain high-load, stable operation amid harsh terrain impacts.
In product strategy, the SW01 complements ASTRALL’s earlier heavy-duty industrial quadruped robot, the T01, forming a balanced portfolio covering light and heavy use cases. While the T01 targets heavy-load scenarios, the SW01 is built for routine inspection and agile tasks. Customers may select either platform flexibly for applications including power grids, emergency response and smart campuses, greatly expanding the company’s addressable market and revenue streams. The completed product line extends ASTRALL’s reach from niche heavy-duty special scenarios to widespread routine inspection and maintenance markets, opening substantial commercial upside.

ASTRALL Dynamics formally announced a new phase of globalisation at the CAEXPO. Earlier at IFA 2026 in Berlin, the company entered the European market, where its Hypertron-T01 heavy-duty quadruped robot won the IFA 2026 Innovation Award in the Best in IFA Next & Emerging Technologies category. Now leveraging the CAEXPO platform, ASTRALL prioritises expansion into ASEAN markets.
